An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you entered at checkout. We process orders every Monday and Wednesday.

Allow 7 business days for delivery.

NZ orders : Free shipping on orders over $75

AU orders: Free shipping on orders over $100

When do my supplements qualify for free shipping?

🇳🇿 NZ Orders: Free shipping on orders over $90
🇦🇺 AU Orders: Free shipping on orders over $150

How long with my NZ order take to be delivered?

5-7 business days.

Problems with delivery or shipping

If your items arrive damage, please contact us at hello@thenutrientco.com. We can then assess the damage and work out a solution.

We may request a photo of the items or delivery package to aid quick resolution.
